It's My Very Own was inspired by the growing need of the children of our society who are displaced due to the poor choices of their parents.
Children are removed from their homes due to drug abuse and neglect, not because of anything they have done. These children are victims. Many are left with nothing of their own. They lose their home, their parents, their clothes and their toys.
It's My Very Own seeks to make their lives a little brighter by providing Bags of Love to care for their immediate needs. These handmade bags and their contents are often the only items these children possess.
Each Bag of Love includes a handmade quilt, stuffed animal, toys, and personal care items. It's My Very Own is a faith based non-profit organization dedicated to providing for displaced children through the support of local communities.
